Curriculum at Sowerby Community Primary School

As a school we strive to ensure that we fulfil the rights of all children.  In doing so we are working hard to achieve Level 1 of Unicef Rights Respecting School Award.

Our curriculum will help develop pupils’ acceptance of difference and diversity, and provide children with a strong moral compass.

Article 28 - every child had the right to an education

Article 29 - Education should develop each child's talents and personality and respect all aspects of that child's life.

Our curriculum also actively illustrates our School Vision
